Each time the second song crashed the application on the 2:43 mark.
I just ed a zipfile of UltraStarDeluxe v1.0.1a which doesnt have these issues and also features 3 songs instead of just 2. Could you see if you will be able to update this app to 1.0.1a (2007-12-23) please. Its a funny game
Oh PS. the skin of that version is plain blue...
I just did the updating with the zip version v1.0.1a and it's v1.01a as in the Changelog file it should be up in about an hr i have it.

Great. But, erm, the changelog names it 1.01a, the site states 1.0.1a. Sourceforges page calls it 1.0.1a and the news too. The zip file on the site is called 101a. Hmm I would prefer the 'official' naming as in 1.0.1a because theoretically it could go from 1.09 to 1.010 which I think is a bit more logical when the 3rd version part would have been used.. Eventually its up to you of course.
Too late I already have too slow of an speed and and i am half way through the . I will change it to 1.0.1a next update

Ah ok. Another nitpick: some say every new version starts again ad dev test 1.

Weird I got an extraction error of USD.exe without notice the setup was corrupt. Re-ing for sure and then ill compare the MD5 (which I think is less usefull as the setup itself reports if its corrupt usually).
Oh well go to class...

MD5 was correct.
dont worry got the same error on the latest mozilla... even when installing to an HDD... Restarting PC now.

Hmm Somehow I get writing error (both on USB as well as HDD) on both Mozilla ThunderbirdPortable as well as UltraSongStarDeluxePortable while installing. The newest version of Frets On Fire gave no problems. Did you change the installer somehow? (Using Windows 2000 pro, FAT 32 formatted drive)
[Edit 3} Solved. Turned out I had not enough free space left on my C drive.
Congratulations with the song being able to finish. A few remarks:
1 there seems to be selected another skin than the default.
2 there is a Xer-xes (and maybe scores too)
Could I suggest using a clean and fresh version of the app without pre-customization and Player name / scores?
