I use Kee at home and away for security, combine that with TrueCrypt and you have very few worries for data exposure.

Is this site covering already portable (non-installing) apps, or just portable-ified versions of other apps?

Whichever, even if it's not listed here, I'd recommend KP for the forgetful and the paranoid...
