GnuCash Ver.5 and up - copying settings, especially reports 91e56

To copy the settings, particularly the reports you have already made, to GnuCash Portable, the instructions on the page at https://portableapps.crackfree.org//gnucash_portable#local_profile haven't been updated for a while, and no longer work.
The new directory for the reports file (saved-reports-2.8, saved-reports-2.8-backup) and the other settings files, is at:
[drive]:\PortableApps\GnuCashPortable\Data\GNCDataHome
Note that copying files to the directory that is listed on the page (GnuCashPortable\Data\profile) does not seem to do anything.
If you copy your Windows desktop profile folder from C:\Documents and Settings\[]\etc to that GnuCash folder before running a new install of the portable version, then it will pick up all your old reports, which can be a big time saver.

Does anyone know how to the editor of the page so this can be fixed up to help new s?
