lean rss reader 6f206q

it's not (yet) an app request.
trying to find a lean rss reader as my old is trash.
don't know if we can finalize rssowl which i only heard good things about.
i stumbled upon makagiga.
it's not clear to me if it's portable.
not sure if it was portable or had also a portable version (by developer).
i found different info on the net.
the developers site tells the the installed version can be run portable.
as i don't want to install but use portable apps from the begining that is nothing for me.
however, i'm asking for .
did anyone used the actual version for windows?
i'm pretty confused about portable apps as i found at least 3 types of them as my other thread says.
