FirefoxPortable.exe "Firefox is already running but is not responding". 1k6u8

Hi,

the FirefoxPortable.exe in the folder causes the message "Firefox is already running but is not responding" when clicking the firefox icon to open a second firefox window. I "fixed" this problem copiing an old FirefoxPortable.exe in the folder.
